I’m Jen, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 9+ years experience in psychotherapy and 14+ years in mental health. I believe everyone deserves a safe space to explore, grow and heal. I blend expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with an eclectic and person-centered approach. This means I tailor our sessions to you, drawing from various techniques and focusing on what works best for your unique needs and goals.

I see therapy as a collaborative journey, a safe space where you can have an honest conversation with yourself – out loud. We offer self-pay options at a rate of $200 per session.

Individual 1-on-1 sessions can be paid with a Health Savings Account (HSA) or major credit card. Cash pay options provide greater privacy and control over your treatment plan.
